Amazon for the win! It seemed that any external battery pack that was actually compatible with my touch you either had to sacrifice the use of either your headphone capabilities or the use of the speakers. Come on. Didn't anyone designing these things think that users wouldn't want to lose features in order to use their products? Makes no sense to me. Anywho I found one that works similarly to my original battery pack but without the actual AA batteries. And you have the use of both headphone and speaker options. What a novel concept and it was less expensive than the other two. Deal.
